As an international speaker in Copenhagen, Rikke V. Stoltz brings more than 30 years of experience from global business, shipping, offshore wind, company building, leadership and board work.
She spent 13 years with A.P. Møller Maersk and was later part of building the company that became Cadeler, now a publicly listed global leader in offshore wind installation. She also served on Cadeler’s board for six years and currently serves on the board of European Maritime Finance.
Today, Rikke combines international business experience with entrepreneurship, governance and the practical use of AI. Her talks explore what it takes to build something new, lead through change and turn ambitious ideas into real-world results.

Talks are available in English or Danish and are usually adapted to a duration of 20 to 60 minutes. A talk can be combined with a Q&A, leadership discussion or workshop.

Rikke has spoken at international business and TED-related events, including a TED event in Rome. She has delivered talks, presentations and workshops for companies, professional networks and diverse international audiences.
Since 2018, she has been the Curator and License Holder of TEDxFrederiksberg. Together with a dedicated volunteer team, she identifies strong ideas, develops speakers and creates events that bring thoughtful stories and new perspectives to the stage.
This experience gives Rikke a distinctive understanding of both sides of the stage: what an audience needs and what enables a speaker’s message to connect.

Fee: From DKK 15,000 plus VAT
Travel and possible accommodation are added for engagements outside the Copenhagen metropolitan area. Rikke is happy to travel internationally.
Full prepayment is required upon booking. A full refund is available up to 30 days before the event. After that, the booking is non-refundable.
Special terms may be considered for non-profit organisations and engagements with exceptional strategic or social value.
