My journey began with woven paper hearts and a longing that turned into beauty.
Today, Ugly Duckli holds much more – but the heart remains the same.

Drawing on my own projects – including My life with Max, TEDx and my entrepreneurial journey – I inspire people to think differently and feel deeply.

Mentoring
A 6-month mentoring experience for those who want to build or grow something with purpose.
You’ll get sharp strategic input, real experience and human understanding.

Workshops
Ugly Duckli workshops are designed for presence – for businesses, events and private groups.
It can be about AI, storytelling or traditional paper hearts – but always with authenticity at the core.

Christmas Ornaments
It all began with paper, tradition and a hand on the heart.

Who’s behind it?

My name is Rikke V. Stoltz.
I’m a speaker, mentor, and creator of ideas and experiences.
Former global career with A.P. Møller Maersk. 18 years abroad. 10+ ventures built – including Cadeler.

I’ve stood in both storms and spotlights.
But what drives me remains the same:
To create something real, beautiful and meaningful.

Ugly Duckli is my creative space and professional foundation.
A place where I – and maybe you too – can be both swan and duckling. And still belong.

Why the name Ugly Duckli?

Because we all know the feeling.
Of not quite fitting in. Of longing for something deeper.

I still shift between feeling like the ugly duckling and a swan.
But I’ve learned that both belong in my story – and in my universe.
