Danish Paper Hearts Workshop in a Private Home in Copenhagen

Step into Danish tradition with Rikke V Stoltz – and learn how to weave classic paper hearts in a warm and creative 2-hour workshop.

This experience takes place in Rikke’s private home in Frederiksberg, where guests are welcomed around the table with paper, scissors, stories, and a touch of “hygge”. No experience is needed – only a curious heart and the joy of creating something by hand.

You’ll learn the history of the paper heart, its connection to H.C. Andersen, and get to take home your own handmade pieces – along with a little Danish spirit.

More than just paper and glue

It may sound simple – weaving little paper hearts –
but something special always happens.
Strangers meet… and somehow leave as friends.
It’s warm, it’s personal, and it touches the heart in a completely different way.
In the middle of all the world’s noise – this is a moment of calm, connection and joy.

Rikke

"It felt like stepping into a Danish Christmas calendar – calm, cozy, and truly magical. Rikke is the most wonderful host, and I left with beautiful paper hearts and warm memories."

– Julie, visitor from Aarhus
