The Danish woven heart is rooted in a cherished Christmas tradition. With my international guests, it is also a symbol of love, respect and good wishes that can be shared throughout the year.

Summer is my busiest season with international visitors. Some guests tuck a personal note inside a heart as a loving greeting, and Japanese guests have sometimes described the weaving to me as a kind of “Scandinavian origami”.

I personally read and reply to every message, usually on the same day.

A little information helps me give you a useful answer

For groups and events

Enquiries are welcome throughout the year — from Christmas gatherings to international corporate events, cultural events and visiting groups. DMCs and event agencies are very welcome to get in touch too.

Please tell me your proposed date, venue or setting, approximate number of guests and what you have in mind. If you already have ideas about how guests might take part, I would love to hear them.

For a bespoke experience, we can explore what might fit your group. Format, price, materials, staffing and availability are discussed individually.

For a private visit

Visiting Copenhagen and curious about Danish culture, craft and woven hearts? You are welcome to enquire about a private visit in any season.

Please include your preferred date, number of guests, whether there are any children in your group and where you are visiting Copenhagen from.
